Requirements & Qualifications:

Current and valid TX Audiologist professional license. Experience with school-aged children (K12) is valued. Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff. Strong knowledge of hearing assessments and assistive technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Special Education Evaluations, including Deaf and Hard of Hearing assessments, and review relevant medical records. Perform hearing tests in the onsite audiology booth as needed. Recommend, support, and train campus staff on Hearing Assistive Technology (HAT), including the use of FM systems. Collaborate with Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) teachers to ensure students receive the best support possible.
