Job Description

This well-established, independently owned private audiology practice in the western Houston area is seeking a passionate Audiologist to join its growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly respected, patient-centered practice known for delivering exceptional hearing healthcare while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. The practice primarily serves an adult patient population, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow-up care, and ongoing hearing healthcare. While the current focus is diagnostics and amplification, the practice is eager to expand its clinical offerings. Candidates with an interest in tinnitus management, auditory processing disorder (APD) testing, or other specialty services are encouraged to bring their expertise and help shape the future of the practice. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive adult diagnostic hearing evaluations Counsel patients and their families on hearing loss and treatment options Conduct hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care Utilize best practices, including Real Ear Measurements (REM)/test box verification for all fittings Build long-term relationships through outstanding patient care and education Contribute to practice growth through ethical patient counseling and strong case acceptance Opportunity to develop specialty services such as tinnitus treatment or APD evaluations Practice Highlights Independent, privately owned practice Collaborative, team-oriented culture Adult patient population Open manufacturer portfolio with primary partnerships including ReSound, Oticon, and Phonak No third-party hearing aid programs Strong emphasis on quality patient care and evidence-based best practices Monthly coaching and professional development meetings to support continued growth and success
Compensation & Benefits:
