Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role supporting patients with communication and hearing needs in a leading hospital setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals in both Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Audiology, targeting those passionate about delivering high-quality care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30
PM Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.

D.) required Valid state licensure for practice as an SLP or Audiologist Previous hospital-based experience preferred Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions for individuals with speech, language, or auditory disorders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards of practice
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse speech, language, and hearing disorders Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a hospital environment, adapting techniques to meet patient-specific needs Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and strategies for continued success beyond the clinical setting Maintain accurate clinical documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with hospital policies
