The University of Virginia Health System Audiology Division offers 4th-year Audiology doctoral students a wide range of clinical experiences, including adult and pediatric assessment (behavioral and electrophysiological); cochlear implant evaluation, programming, and follow-up; intraoperative monitoring; hearing aid evaluation, programming, fitting, repair, and follow-up; auditory electrophysiology; and vestibular evaluation and rehabilitation, as well as the opportunity to work with patients that may be unique to an academic medical center with an active otology/neuro-otology practice.
