- Expanding to Alaska We are a mission-driven ABA agency originally established in New York City, now expanding our services to meet the growing demand for high-quality, in-home ABA therapy in Anchorage, Alaska.
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct oversight, clinical support, and supervision to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Anchorage and nearby communities. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a satellite office in an area with high need, while receiving ongoing support from our experienced leadership and administrative team in New York. Daily Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians delivering direct services, utilizing the BST model for supervision. Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed to ensure meaningful outcomes. Provide ACT focused parent training and caregiver support to promote generalization across settings. (ACT Training and Support provided by Helping Hands ABA) Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with insurance and state requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed (e.g., schools, medical professionals). Participate in clinical meetings (virtual or in-person) with the NY-based team and local providers. Qualifications Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Behavior Analyst License issued by the Alaska Board of Professional Counselors OR eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Alaska.. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience supervising preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes throughout Anchorage and nearby areas. Passion for serving children and families with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. Prior experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred
