Position Overview:
RBTs work 1:1 with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Services focus on building communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA services in home-based settings Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and programs Collect accurate data using electronic data collection systems Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA Support parent training and clinical activities as assigned Maintain RBT certification and follow BACB ethical guidelines Adhere to HIPAA and company policies Travel between client homes as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED RBT certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided) Experience working with children ages 3-18 (preferred but not required) Ability to travel to client homes Strong communication and professionalism Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, stairs, etc.) CentralReach experience is a plus CPR certification (preferred but not required) 6H2lswWGXc
