A Day in the Life of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) at

Behavior Matters:

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®), you'll step into meaningful work each day—supporting autistic children in developing new skills, implementing personalized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families. You'll be part of a team that values empathy, connection, and consistency. From potty training to play-based learning, you'll help children work through mild to moderate behaviors and celebrate real progress—one moment at a time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge, loves to play with purpose, and wants to make a lasting impact.

When, Where, and What You'll Earn:

When:

Sessions typically run 2-3 hours, Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 5:00pm.

Where :

Primarily in our center, clients come to you.

Pay :

$17.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials.

Paid Training:

No experience? No problem. We'll train you for your RBT certification on the job.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to pass a background check and provide references Physically able to stand, sit, run, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform CPR if needed Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
