We provide person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a structured, positive, and engaging home environment. We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our dynamic, long-standing team supporting active, high-functioning residents. Position Summary As a Residential Habilitation Provider (DSP) , you will support and supervise young male residents in a group home setting. This role focuses on mentorship, structure, and daily living support . No hands-on hygiene/personal care or mobility assistance required. This position includes active involvement in maintaining the home and supporting independent living skills. Schedule Requirement (Please Read) Primary shift needed: Wednesday 3:00 PM - Friday 3:30 PM 24-hour shift structure (includes overnight stay) Sleep shifts provided (private room available) NOT an awake overnight position Applicants must be available for this shift to be considered. Responsibilities Supervise and support residents in a group home setting Assist with daily living skills and independent routines Support and guide residents with meal planning, cooking, and kitchen cleanup Maintain a clean, organized home environment (light housekeeping, shared spaces, etc.) Assist residents with self-administration of medications (per plan and training) Complete accurate daily documentation, logs, and communication notes Encourage structure, accountability, and independence Transport residents safely using a company-provided vehicle Support occasional community outings and activities Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be 19 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a State of Alaska background check Negative TB test required Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification if not already certified Strong reliability, communication, and accountability Ability to manage responsibilities independently during long shifts Experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Company vehicle provided while working
