Key Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in educational settings Experience working with school-aged students, particularly those with behavioral or developmental challenges Ability to collect and record detailed data on interventions and student progress Compassion, patience, and a commitment to fostering a supportive environment Effective communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families Must be able to work onsite exclusively

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts Support students in classroom and group settings, promoting positive behaviors and skill development Record and monitor student responses and progress toward behavioral goals Provide direct intervention and crisis management when needed Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school and district policies Embrace the chance to guide, support, and encourage students throughout the upcoming school year and beyond.
