Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Embark on a contract role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician. In this position, you'll provide vital behavioral therapy services within a supportive school environment. Your expertise will be essential as the district introduces RBTs for the very first time, opening the door to impactful collaboration and personal growth. You'll work closely with school staff, tailor interventions to individual student needs, and help foster positive outcomes throughout the academic year.
What You'll Need:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience as an RBT in school or pediatric settings is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to evolving caseloads and diverse student needs Willingness to collaborate with educational professionals and support new initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist students in developing adaptive behaviors in classroom and social settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure holistic support Maintain accurate session notes and timely documentation as required This is a contract opportunity situated near Beatrice, AL, making it ideal for experienced RBTs eager to make a meaningful difference in a new district.
