This contract role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment, working alongside educators and families to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You'll use your expertise to develop strategies and interventions that promote positive behaviors, empowering students to succeed in and out of the classroom.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience as a Behavior Specialist or in a related behavioral intervention role within school settings Solid understanding of behavior management, positive behavioral interventions, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective plans Strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability in fast-paced environments Relevant degree or certification in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
