Summary:
Primarily within the acute behavioral health inpatient unit, engage with patients, treatment team, and staff to address challenging behavior and develop/implement individualized behavior plans and interventions to enhance a child's ability to function in their daily environment. Primary diagnoses may include Neurodevelopmental Disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Impulse Control Disorder and Psychotic Disorder.

Education
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience
- Preferred 2 years' experience working with children diagnosed with developmental delay. Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
- Certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit is a rewarding place to work where our care team makes an impact on children's lives with every interaction. Along with psychiatrists, therapists, and nurse practitioners, we are involved in the day to-day care and decision making that helps kids and families live their best lives.
