Position Summary Mitchell's Place is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities Provide individualized ABA therapy in a clinic‑based setting. Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) created by a BCBA, focusing on communication, social, self‑help, and early academic skills. Collect accurate, detailed data on client progress and behavior throughout each session. Use creativity, play, and positive reinforcement to make therapy fun and meaningful. Build strong, trusting relationships with children through consistency and enthusiasm. Collaborate closely with BCBAs and other team members to support each child's development. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client‑centered approach at all times. Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred). Full‑time availability, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire (training and support provided). Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred, but not required. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
