- Position Overview
- The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves as a behavioral consultant and clinical educator within the school setting. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing staff training, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support students with academic and behavioral needs.

Start Date:
September 7, 2026 + Multiple openings available + Utilizes PowerSchool for documentation and tracking + Interview required with the district's lead BCBA through Amergis- Minimum Qualifications
- + Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB + Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field + Experience providing behavior analytic services in school settings preferred + Minimum of one year of pediatric experience preferred + Knowledge of special education processes and behavioral intervention strategies + Current CPR certification, if applicable + Ability to meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age •Ideal Candidate•The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional who is passionate about supporting students with diverse behavioral and educational needs.
