Job Description
Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a collaborative school district team for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who is passionate about supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting. As a valued member of the school team, you'll work closely with teachers, BCBAs, and special education staff to help students reach their behavioral, social, and academic goals while making a lasting impact every day. Position Details Full-Time 35 hours per week School-based position Monday-Friday schedule Full school year assignment Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings. Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA or district leadership. Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress notes. Reinforce positive behaviors and utilize evidence-based intervention strategies. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and families to support student success. Assist students with communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily classroom routines. Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB. Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred. School-based experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to pass all required district background checks and onboarding requirements.
