Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans designed to achieve meaningful outcomes. Analyze clinical data, monitor progress, and make data-driven treatment recommendations. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop intervention strategies for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Partner closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure consistency and success across all environments. Mentor, train, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff using best practices in behavioral therapy. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, patient records, intake information, and ensure full HIPAA compliance. What We're Looking For Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including treatment planning and clinical supervision. Experience conducting behavioral and functional assessments and interpreting assessment results. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, evaluate, and apply clinical data. Knowledge of healthcare documentation, medical terminology, and record management. Experience collaborating with schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disabilities is highly valued. Why Choose a Small BCBA-Owned Company?
