Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician. This role focuses on enhancing student well-being and success using evidence-based behavioral strategies. Covering a maternity leave, you'll collaborate with BCBA supervision and help young learners reach their goals in a positive, school-based environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current RBT certification (REQUIRED) Experience working under BCBA guidance in school settings Background supporting elementary-aged children with behavioral interventions Understanding of data collection and behavioral plan implementation Strong communication and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to elementary students according to their individual plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and the supervising BCBA to adjust and monitor interventions Record and report on student progress, utilizing digital or written documentation Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure best practices Support generalization of positive behavior skills in academic and social settings Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude throughout your assignment This contract position is uniquely structured to cover a maternity leave from September 23, 2026, through January 11, 2027, offering a fulfilling way to make a difference during the school year.
