Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children potentially ranging from two years old to 17 years old providing ABA services. For the One is unique in that it takes a humanistic, compassionate, and neurodiversity affirming approach to supporting kids of all levels of support needs. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect data and update documentation related to client progress and interventions. Monitor client behavior and provide feedback to the supervising BCBA regarding any changes or challenges. Provide a safe environment and compassionate and calm demeanor during high-stress situations. Experience Previous experience working with neurodivergent individuals Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail A commitment to ongoing growth in the role through constant receptivity to feedback, teachability, and humility Experience as an RBT not required, but experience as an RBT in a compassionate ABA environment is preferred if any
