Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and patience with students of varying abilities Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards in all interactions Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct support and implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts Collect and record data to monitor student progress and intervention effectiveness Assist in developing and adapting materials to facilitate student engagement and learning Foster positive, respectful relationships with students to encourage social, emotional, and academic growth Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries within the educational environment Regularly participate in team meetings to review student progress and adapt strategies as needed
