We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and empathetic RBTs to join our Huntsville team. As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients to turn clinical goals into real-world milestones. Key Responsibilities 1:1

Direct Intervention:

Deliver personalized ABA therapy in home and school settings where it matters most.

Data-Driven Progress:

Collect real-time data to ensure our interventions are effective and evolving.

Empower Families:

Support and guide parents on the correct implementation of ABA principles to ensure consistency.

Collaborative Excellence:

Engage in team meetings and ongoing training, while maintaining open communication with clinical supervisors. We are hiring RBTs who provide the compassionate care essential for high-quality ABA therapy.

What You Bring Credentials:

A current, valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate.

Experience:

A background working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Reliability:

A valid Alabama driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date auto insurance (we provide mileage reimbursement!).

Availability:

Must be available for afternoon and evening sessions.

Character:

Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a "team player" mindset.

Security:
