Soliant Education is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide onsite behavioral support services for the 2026-2027 school year in Huntsville, Alabama . This position is a great opportunity for an RBT who is passionate about supporting students through evidence-based behavioral strategies and working collaboratively with school teams.
Position Details Full-Time Onsite Location:
Huntsville, AL School-Based Setting 2026-2027 School Year Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral support services to students in the school setting Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA or behavior specialist Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies Collect and document behavioral data Support students with social, communication, academic, and daily living skills Assist with implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, behavior specialists, and families Promote a positive and supportive learning environment Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children in a school, clinical, or ABA setting preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong communication, patience, and collaboration skills Ability to follow individualized behavior plans and collect accurate data Benefits Competitive weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company matching Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Opportunities for continued professional growth If you're a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician looking to make a meaningful impact supporting students in a school environment, we'd love to connect with you.
