- RBT•Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Registered Behavior Technician Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students from kindergarten through high school.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RBT certification.
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings.
- Comfortable working across multiple grade levels: K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of implementing behavior intervention plans with consistency and empathy.
- Ability to maintain accurate data and follow established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral therapy based on individualized education and behavior plans.
- Assist students in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills in classroom environments.
- Track and report data on student progress, behavior interventions, and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, collaborating with teachers, counselors, and other professionals.
- Adjust interventions in response to guidance from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school staff.
- Support a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students.
