Established Dental Practice | Madison / Huntsville, AL Area Build the Kind of Patient Relationships That Make Hygiene Rewarding We're looking for experienced Registered Dental Hygienists to join a long-standing North Alabama dental team where hygiene is about more than completing a cleaning and moving on to the next patient. Our practices are built around patient education, prevention, trust, and long-term relationships . We believe hygienists are an important part of the patient's overall care team; helping patients understand their oral health, recognize treatment needs, and feel comfortable making informed decisions alongside the doctor. You'll join an experienced team that values excellent clinical care, genuine patient relationships, and working together to provide a positive dental experience. What We Offer Competitive Pay Full-time, 4-day work week Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Life & disability insurance Voluntary benefit options Employee dental benefits Established patient base and experienced dental team Opportunity to play an important role in a growing practice What You'll Do Provide thorough prophylaxis and periodontal therapy, including SRP Perform periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation Take high-quality diagnostic X-rays and intraoral photographs Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and home care Partner with the doctor through co-diagnosis and patient education Help patients understand their oral health and recommended treatment Maintain high standards for infection control and patient safety Collaborate with the clinical team to keep patient care running efficiently Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient What We're Looking For Active Alabama Dental Hygienist license Experienced and confident with prophylaxis and SRP Strong patient education and communication skills Comfortable with doctor co-diagnosis Skilled with diagnostic X-rays and intraoral photography Positive, dependable, and team-oriented Able to thrive in a busy clinical environment without sacrificing quality of care Eager to learn, receive feedback, and adapt to established practice protocols Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Opportunities are available within the Madison and Huntsville area .
