Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Mentoring & Behavioral Services is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. The RBT will provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs under the supervision of a BCBA. Position Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate and timely data on client progress and behavior. Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills. Implement behavior-reduction strategies as outlined in the treatment plan. Follow all clinical, ethical, and confidentiality requirements. Communicate professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team. Maintain accurate session documentation and records. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development. Promote a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients. Qualifications Current RBT certification preferred. Candidates who are currently completing the RBT certification process may also be considered. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with children, individuals with autism, or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and the ability to maintain a consistent schedule. Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team. Must be willing to comply with all required background checks and employment requirements. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.
