Responsibilities:

As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA supervisors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide one-on-one behavior therapy to clients in clinic and school settings. Accurately record and maintain behavioral data during therapy sessions. Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies as prescribed by BCBA supervisors. Monitor client progress and communicate with BCBA supervisors regarding client achievements and challenges. Collaborate with other team members, including parents, teachers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans across settings.

Qualifications For RBT Position:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred. Completion of RBT certification program and current RBT certification. Experience working with individuals with autism or related disorders preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
