The RBT will work directly with children with autism and other developmental disabilities to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients and families we serve. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs as directed by the supervising BCBA. Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients. Collect accurate data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and treatment progress. Follow behavior support plans and clinical protocols consistently. Assist clients with communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions. Collaborate with BCBAs, other RBTs, and members of the clinical team. Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive treatment environment. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development. Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, clients, and families. Complete additional clinic-related responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Current RBT certification required. Experience working with children, particularly children with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to accurately collect and document data. Ability to follow written treatment plans and clinical instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and professional approach when working with children. Willingness to learn and receive feedback from supervising clinicians.
