Job Description

Join Our Team! Joyful Behavioral Services is looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build meaningful skills that support independence and confidence. At Joyful Behavioral Services, we believe therapy should be engaging, supportive, and—most importantly—joyful. Our RBTs play a key role in helping children grow through play-based learning, positive reinforcement, and individualized care.
Available Shifts Part-Time Shifts:
7:45 AM•2:00 PM 12:45 PM•5:00
PM Full-Time Shifts:
7:45 AM•5:00 PM 8:45 AM•5:00 PM What You'll Do Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collect and record accurate session data Implement behavior reduction strategies and skill acquisition programs Create a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment Communicate with supervisors and caregivers about client progress Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field preferred Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and maintain certification requirements Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm when working with children Physical Requirements Ability to actively engage and play with children during therapy sessions Ability to sit on the floor, bend, kneel, and move throughout sessions Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when needed Why Join Joyful Behavioral Services? $12.00•$17.00 per hour
