Job Description
Join Our Team! Joyful Behavioral Services is looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build meaningful skills that support independence and confidence. Our RBTs play a key role in helping children grow through play-based learning, positive reinforcement, and individualized care.
