A part-time contract opportunity is now open for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) interested in flexible work arrangements, including virtual service (voco). Apply your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis while supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and crafting effective, individualized behavior intervention plans. This role lets you leverage your clinical skills, collaborate with educational professionals, and directly shape positive student outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification in good standing Experience providing behavioral services in educational or pediatric settings preferred Knowledge of ABA principles and proven ability to develop detailed treatment plans Strong communication and documentation abilities Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs with professionalism and leadership Comfort working with remote technologies (if interested in voco/virtual work) Collaborative spirit and commitment to student-centered care

Responsibilities:

Supervise work and caseloads of RBTs, ensuring fidelity to intervention protocols Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform planning Develop and update individualized behavioral intervention and treatment plans Consult with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive support Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs Document progress, maintain accurate records, and adhere to compliance standards Participate in meetings as needed (virtually or onsite)
