Qualifications:

Active BCBA Certification. Experience supervising RBTs preferred. Ability to write, implement, and evaluate behavioral intervention plans. Eligible to work onsite and open to teletherapy (voco) options. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support RBTs, both in-person and virtually as needed. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students. Collaborate with educational staff and families to optimize outcomes. Utilize a variety of data collection and assessment strategies to inform practices. Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.
