Job Description
Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a difference by supporting students' learning and behavioral success in a dynamic K-12 environment as a skilled BCBA. This contract opportunity involves managing a caseload of 25-30 students requiring dedicated Tier 3 behavioral intervention. You'll play a vital part in collaborating with educators and families to promote positive outcomes for students across multiple grade levels. What we're looking for: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Demonstrated experience implementing behavioral interventions in school settings Familiarity with providing Tier 3 support for students with significant behavioral needs Strong organizational skills to manage and document a moderate caseload Excellent communication abilities for working with students, teachers, and families Passion for helping children and adolescents in diverse educational settings Key responsibilities: Assess behavioral needs for K-12 students and develop individualized, evidence-based plans Deliver direct and consultative behavioral interventions for Tier 3 students Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement and monitor interventions Train school staff in best practices for behavior management and data collection Regularly update progress reports and adjust interventions as needed for maximum student growth Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams This contract role is situated in a welcoming school community near Pine Hill, dedicated to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments for every student.
