Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working in elementary school settings or with self-contained student populations is highly valued Proficiency with behavior plan implementation and data collection/reporting Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to travel and work across 2-3 local elementary campuses as assigned Commitment to maintaining a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for all students

Position Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral support services in accordance with each student's individualized behavior plan Work alongside a specialist to ensure continuity and fidelity of interventions Collect and accurately record behavioral data and observations Adapt support strategies as guided by specialists and school teams Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for students at all assigned campuses Share insights and updates with school staff and families as directed Meet documentation requirements and follow school district procedures This is an on-site, itinerant position with a full-time weekly schedule.
