Job Description

The Instructional Supports Monitor (ISM) is responsible for (a simplified list of job duties): Monitoring staff member implementation of behavioral programs for children, adolescents, and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Residential Care Program. Daily review of data collection and reporting including: competency checklists, completing direct and indirect assessments to determine appropriate skill acquisition and goals, completes reports and graphs as assigned, and collaborates with Instructional Supports Specialist and Coordinator of Instructional Supports for ongoing monitoring. Ensuring all materials required for the behavioral programs are available for staff and facilitating interdepartmental communication to ensure behavioral programs can be properly implemented.
