Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in an elementary school setting. Qualifications and Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience providing ABA therapy or behavioral support in a school environment, specifically with elementary-aged students Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting relevant data Organized, patient, and adaptable to changing needs throughout the day

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to elementary school students Implement IEP and behavior support plans as directed by supervising BCBA Collect accurate data on student behaviors and interventions Maintain clear communication with supervising staff and families regarding student progress Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed Support classroom teachers with strategies to enhance positive behaviors Working as a valued part of the school community, you'll help empower students to achieve their best and develop life-changing skills.
