We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Tuscaloosa! In this role, you will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervise and work with amazing RBTs in both school and clinic settings. Responsibilities Perform intakes and assessments Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Supervise and support RBTs Provide parent and care giver training Conduct training and provide support to school staff Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Certified as a Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Alabama. BCaBA will be considered. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized Out of the box and creative thinker
