Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician, working closely with elementary-aged students. This rewarding position focuses on supporting an elementary school caseload and is centered around a maternity leave coverage from September 23, 2026, through January 11, 2027. You'll have the chance to make lasting, positive impacts on the lives of young learners, helping them grow and excel within a supportive school environment. What we're seeking: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience with elementary school-aged children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families A compassionate, patient approach to supporting students with behavioral needs Ability to collect data, implement behavior intervention plans, and follow supervisor guidance Reliability and adaptability to fit into school routines Your primary focus: Work one-on-one or in small groups with elementary students, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Track progress, document behaviors, and provide constructive feedback to supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school staff Support teachers and instructional staff in maintaining effective, positive classroom environments Participate in team meetings and offer insights to optimize student support Communicate effectively and professionally with families as part of the student support team Imagine using your skills in a welcoming school setting, supporting young children as they build confidence and positive habits.
