Work alongside a dedicated district Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as you deliver 1:1 support to a third-grade student and assist with classroom management.

Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred, but candidates with substantial experience working with children with special needs and behavioral intervention are encouraged to apply Background as a paraprofessional or similar in a school or educational environment is highly desirable Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles a plus Ability to build rapport with students and collaborate with teaching and support staff Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills Commitment to supporting students' academic and social growth

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individualized behavioral support to a 3rd-grade student in all classroom activities Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the district BCBA Assist teachers with daily classroom routines, transitions, and group instruction Monitor, document, and report student progress and behaviors Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports the student's growth and participation Collaborate regularly with teachers, administration, and the BCBA to adjust strategies as needed This position offers the stability of a consistent Monday to Friday schedule (7:45am-3:15pm, 35 hours per week), allowing you to make a measurable difference each day.
