In this role, you will design impactful programs, mentor dedicated staff, and partner closely with families to drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Individualized Care:
Lead and design comprehensive, individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Collaboration:
Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and client success.
Leadership & Supervision:
Provide ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
Outcome-Driven Therapy :
Track progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies to drive meaningful daily outcomes. Qualifications Active Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB. Strong communication, clinical supervision, and team-collaboration skills. Passion for providing compassionate, family-centered care. Why Work With Us?
