Key Responsibilities Individualized Care:

Leadership & Supervision:

Provide ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.

Outcome-Driven Therapy :

Track progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies to drive meaningful daily outcomes. Qualifications Active Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
