Qualifications:
Must hold active BCBA licensure Proven experience in a public school or similar educational environment Strong communication and collaboration abilities Comfortable working on-site and effectively engaging with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Train and support school staff and faculty in behavioral strategies Monitor and adjust interventions to ensure successful student outcomes Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports Participate in virtual interviews as required (via Zoom)
