Job Description
Make a real impact as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in a forward-thinking school environment near Greenwood, AR. This onsite, contract opportunity extends from ASAP to May 2027, offering a chance to develop your skills while working closely with students and a supervising Virtual BCBA. Youll be crucial in helping children meet behavioral goals and fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere throughout the school day.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Demonstrated experience working with children in an educational or behavioral setting Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies Ability to effectively collaborate under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), including virtual direction Excellent communication and organization skills BCBA licensure and prior experience preferred as per client requirementsRole Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under supervision, supporting student progress toward educational and developmental goals Accurately collect data, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate findings to both the supervising BCBA and school personnel as required Work directly with students one-on-one or in small group settings in an onsite school environment Adapt behavior strategies based on student needs and BCBA feedback Participate in virtual supervision meetings, utilizing professional and confident communication in a remote setting Foster a supportive relationship with staff and families, contributing positively to the school communityPerks & Benefits:
