• Every Little Step ABA - Conway, Little Rock & surrounding cities, Arkansas Every Little Step ABA is a growing, clinician-focused ABA provider committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and families. We believe meaningful progress happens one step at a time, and we're looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to make those steps count. Our RBTs work closely with BCBAs and other members of our clinical team to provide individualized ABA therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. What You'll Do As an RBT, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation Assist clients with communication, social, daily living, and other individualized goals Follow behavior support and safety plans Communicate professionally with BCBAs, families, and team members Participate in ongoing training and supervision Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and professional boundaries Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions Follow all company, BACB, payer, and applicable regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Active RBT certification preferred

•High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children or individuals with autism/developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
