What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment.

Your day may include:

Playing games and engaging in activities that teach important skills Helping children improve communication and social interactions Celebrating milestones and successes, big and small Following treatment plans developed by our clinical team Collecting simple data on client progress Working closely with BCBAs and experienced team members who will support your growth Growth opportunities include advancing to

RBT, RBT

level two and Lead RBT.
