What You'll Do:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions Help shape and grow a high-quality ABA program
