RBTs are frontline providers delivering 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings, helping children build skills that generalize into daily life What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Use play-based & naturalistic teaching strategies Collect accurate data and track progress Collaborate with families, teachers, and team members You are the person helping a child speak, connect, and grow.
