Job Description

Advanced Autism Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with a client in the valley. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for a consistent, part-time schedule. Schedules range from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
M-F Position Details:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect behavior data and complete session documentation accurately and timely Collaborate with clinical supervisors and communicate progress effectively Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card and Article 9 certification Experience with children and/or individuals with autism preferred Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and pass a background check Minimum availability of 15 hours per week, with flexibility as caseload increases
