Flagstaff, Arizona Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at GreenLight ABA in Flagstaff, Arizona. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide personalized ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and foster independence and enhance the quality of life of these children. About the
Role:
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians. You will work closely with our team of therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care to our clients. Your expertise and dedication will help us achieve our goal of making a positive impact on the lives of children with ASD.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify areas of strengths and challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our clients
