Are you an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about helping children thrive? What You'll Do Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in a center-based environment. Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collect accurate session data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs. Mentor and support fellow RBTs with clinical best practices and documentation. Serve as the primary communication resource for Spanish-speaking families. Assist with parent training sessions and family education. Help onboard new RBTs and promote clinical consistency across the team. Foster a safe, structured, and positive environment for clients and staff. Qualifications ✔ Active RBT Certification (BACB) in good standing ✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (required) ✔ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a center-based ABA setting ✔ Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection ✔ Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills ✔ Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care
