AAS Behavior Therapist:

Deliver personalized 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, and school settings Follow treatment plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Accurately collect data and complete session notes Build positive relationships with families and clients Collaborate with your BCBA to track and support client progress Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards

What We're Looking For:

Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification or commitment to complete our certification program Willingness to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card and Article 9 certification Experience with children and/or autism preferred Availability for at least 15 hours/week, with flexibility as caseload grows Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and current auto insurance Team players ready to roll up their sleeves and help us open and grow our new clinic! Not Certified Yet? No Problem!
