Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Analyst specializing in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy to join our team. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a Student Analyst, you will support behavioral health professionals in implementing therapy plans, collecting data, and assisting with daily activities to promote positive growth and development. This role is perfect for motivated students interested in special education, behavioral therapy, or healthcare fields who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Required Qualifications:
Current enrollment in accredited Masters program for ABA therapy to become a behavior analyst Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Ability to implement treatment plans with accuracy and consistency Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols Reliable transportation and ability to adhere to assigned schedules Strong communication skills and professional conduct Key Competencies High treatment fidelity and attention to detail Strong observational and data collection skills Familiarity with behavior analytic concepts, implementation, and troubleshooting Knowledge of ABA assessment tools, programming, and reports Dependable and punctual Ethical and professional Willingness to learn and accept feedback Work Schedule & Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Flexible. Hours are contingent upon client availability.
On-site Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
