The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and patient care. ## Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavioral health interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation of patient progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
  • Utilize special education techniques to support clients with diverse needs ## Skills
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
  • Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation
  • Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques
  • Excellent medical documentation skills
