This is a field-based role with a flexible schedule, a manageable caseload, and strong clinical support from our Biltmore team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Carry a home-based and school-based caseload in South Tempe ✓ Conduct functional behavioral assessments in natural settings ✓ Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) ✓ Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home and school services ✓ Collaborate with school IEP teams and special education staff ✓ Provide parent and caregiver training in the home ✓ Complete session notes and treatment plans accurately and on time ✓ Coordinate with the clinical team at our Biltmore center

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field BCBA or BCBA-D certification required; LBA (Arizona) required or eligible Experience with home-based or school-based ABA services strongly preferred Comfortable working independently in naturalistic and school environments Reliable vehicle and valid Arizona driver's license required Must pass state and federal background check
